Return Procedure

Our return procedure is as follows:

  1. Collect your order information -- your packing slip or order confirmation email is the best place to find this
  2. Complete the return authorization form
  3. You will receive an approval or denial notice via email
  4. If approved, follow instructions from the approval email to return your merchandise to our store
  5. You will be notified when your return is completed and refunded

IMPORTANT: Your RMA number is the best way to communicate with us about your return once it has been approved.
